1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using nkonsept SMM (also referred to as smm_ai_app) ("the App", "Service"), the AI-powered social media management application operated by nkonsept and available at app.nkonsept.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Service Description

nkonsept SMM provides AI-powered social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools for businesses. The Service connects to third-party social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok via their official APIs.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each account is reviewed and approved by nkonsept before access is granted. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest and generate social media content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published. nkonsept does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

6. Social Media Platform Compliance

You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each social media platform you connect. nkonsept publishes content on your behalf using official platform APIs and is not responsible for content that violates platform policies.

7. Billing and Plans

Access to certain features depends on your plan (Demo, Pro, or Master). Pricing and payment terms are agreed upon directly with nkonsept. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with overdue payments. Trial periods do not require payment but may have feature limitations.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store social media access tokens in encrypted form and do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or force majeure events may affect the Service. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination and then delete it unless required by law to keep it longer. You may export your data before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nkonsept is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm resulting from published content.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
